Official Coffee Chat & Building Tour Ambassadors

Each semester, the Graduate Admissions Office offer campus visits for prospective students interested in learning more about Questrom. In these visits they can sit in on a class, have a building tour and/or discuss Questrom with one of our Ambassadors.

Spring 2026 - These sessions run Monday–Thursday from 5:00–6:30 PM, with sign-ups taking place February 9 through April 24.

Responsibilities are as follows

  • Host a one-on-one coffee chat with a prospective student
    • A complimentary beverage from Starbucks will be provided for both you and the guest
  • Answer questions to the best of your ability and direct students to the mba@bu.edu inbox for any follow-up questions
  • Drop off any prospective student that has signed up for a class visit to their respective class
    • Note: you do not need to stay for said class unless you're taking said class
  • Commit to at least three sessions over the course of the semester
    • Note: Since this is a sign-up-based program, there may be occasions when a prospective student does not register for your scheduled time. In those cases, you will still receive Admissions Ambassador credit for volunteering because you carved out the time.
