A year-long program that gives Questrom MBA students the opportunity to be active, non-voting participants on a nonprofit board.
The program brings valuable business skills to nonprofits, while exposing Fellows to nonprofit management and governance in practice.
Fellows and nonprofit organizations are matched according to organization need, student availability, professional experience, and mission interest alignment.

Organizations can apply for the program, finalize projects for students and confirm availability of board directors or mentor.

Late August - September 2021
Students apply for the program and get paired with respective organizations based on time commitments and areas of expertise.

September 2021
The program begins with a virtual kickoff event to bring together mentors and fellows.

September - December 2021
Throughout the fall students and organizations are in touch with relationship managers to ensure attendance at meetings and that projects are running smoothly, ending with a final feedback survey.
