Link Day is a one-day pro-bono consulting event where teams of Boston University MBA students and faculty find solutions for specific challenges facing mission-driven organizations.
Link Day teams consult with organizations from across the U.S. on a wide range of projects related to strategic planning, financial analysis, operations and/or marketing. Organizations leave Link Day with a tangible deliverable that they can use to advance their mission.
Work through your organization's challenges with a group of enthusiastic MBA students. Through Link Day, you can get to know and introduce socially and environmentally driven MBA students to your organization.
Link Day is your chance to get some creative solutions on a challenge your organization has not had the time or resources to overcome. Best part, no price tag and 100% pro-bono consulting.

In the past, MBA students & faculty supported mission-driven organizations by:
Developing an outreach plan to increase engagement, and creating a process for evaluating success
Building a forecasting model to better understand trends and make sales decisions
Conducting an analysis of financial management and accounting procedures and presenting recommendations
Providing recommendations on improving information sharing across the organization and how to get ready to transition to a CRM
Creating a social media marketing plan, including posting guidelines and tailored messages for target demographic groups
Recommending strategies for increasing awareness through SEO, website redesign, and branding
