Members Benefits

Members of WMBAA gain access to a built-in community and network, with opportunities for connection through cohort ties, community-building events, and peer relationships that span full-time, part-time, and PEMBA programs. The Association offers forums and events centered on professional development and career growth, along with direct access to a maintained alumnae database and alumni-facing events through the VP of Alumni Relations. Members also have a direct channel, through representatives and the electronic feedback system, to raise concerns and help shape Board priorities, and can count on programming held to consistent equity standards under the guidance of a dedicated Co-VP of DEI. For those looking to grow as leaders, WMBAA provides a clear pathway into Board positions, from First Year and PEMBA Representative roles up through officer positions, alongside weekly newsletters that keep members informed on upcoming events, networking opportunities, and news relevant to the student body.

Goals

The Questrom WMBAA is focused on fostering professional and personal growth among Questrom's women graduate students through targeted programming, while creating an inclusive community that spans all graduate programs, including the MBA, MSDI, MSMF, MSMS, and PEMBA. The Association is committed to surfacing and acting on student concerns, especially issues that uniquely affect women in the program, and to strengthening alumni relationships in order to build long-term network value for members. WMBAA also prioritizes equitable representation in its programming, marketing, and Board decision-making, and works to maintain sustainable, well-run operations, from funding and elections to leadership transitions, so the Association continues to thrive well beyond any single Board's term.
