Dear Graduate Club Leaders,

I am pleased to announce that Kaitlyn Tambasco has joined the MBA Center/Grad Center staff as our Senior Program Coordinator for Finance as of January 26, 2026!

Kaitlyn is very excited to join the MBA Center Team as a Senior Program Coordinator. She has always wanted to work in higher education and found the desire to do so during an internship in college. Kaitlyn earned her master's in journalism from the Newhouse School at Syracuse University and has gained professional experience in event planning and marketing since graduating. She is excited for this new opportunity to both learn and grow at Questrom!

Kaitlyn's responsibilities include:

• Processing financial transactions related to supplies and services listed in your event request forms
• Assisting with purchasing for graduate clubs and events
• Managing fund transfers, sponsorships, and following up with you all to make sure your accounting books are up to date
• Monitoring the Eventbrite request form and setting up Eventbrite pages on behalf of clubs
• Please include her in any communications with external vendors regarding contractsdiscrepancies
• Figuring out accounting book discrepencies.

Essentially, Kaitlyn is your go-to person for all club financial needs and transactions. As a reminder, please make good use of the resources available to you, like the Club Leadership Handbook and Club Leader website.
