Recipient of Summer '23 IFSI funds
Organization: National Park Service
Jessie worked for the National Park Service this summer as one of two Business Plan Interns supporting Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Over the course of the internship, Jessie and her co-intern developed a building utilization strategy to help the park manage the 300+ buildings in their portfolio by identifying use cases and considerations for the existing buildings. Their project deliverables included two Excel tools that allow park leadership to evaluate possible use cases for a building, identify park building needs, and inform decision making. Additionally, the interns provided recommendations with tangible next steps designed to improve project prioritization and identify best use cases for park buildings.
