Event Planning and Club Q&A Sessions

Hey Graduate Club Leaders,

It’s been great to see an increase in event planning across our clubs and organizations. Your dedication to creating engaging experiences is truly appreciated! However, I've noticed that some club leaders may not be fully aware of the event planning policies and deadlines outlined in the club leader handbook. Or, some club leaders joined after our Club Leader Training held over the summer. 

To help clarify these policies and provide support, I will be hosting virtual "Community Engagement Event Planning and Club Q&A" sessions. These sessions will give us a chance to review procedures, answer any questions, and brainstorm future events. My goal is to ensure you have the tools and information necessary to plan successful events and feel supported throughout the process.

Here are the available session dates:

  • Tuesday, 10/1: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM - RSVP here
  • Wednesday, 10/2: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM - RSVP here
  • Friday, 10/4: 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM - RSVP here
  • Monday, 10/21: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM - RSVP here

I encourage you to attend whichever session works best with your schedule, and come with your questions or ideas!
