Hello Graduate Club Leaders, 

I hope this message finds you well! I’m thrilled to introduce Kiana Jackson-Dubose (she/her/hers), who recently joined the Questrom community as the Senior Program Coordinator for Finance (SPC) supporting the MBA Center and graduate student organizations. Kiana brings a wealth of experience and energy to her role, and we’re fortunate to have her on board.

Kiana is a Marketing and Administrative professional with a passion for consumer engagement and creating impactful strategies. Before transitioning to Higher Education to connect to more meaningful work with students, Kiana worked in Product Marketing and Development at Reebok. A Boston native, Kiana has gained diverse internship experience in industries such as Footwear, Beverages, and Television. She is excited to be at Questrom, where she’s surrounded by impactful leaders and students alike. Kiana is looking forward to connecting with all students and serving as a resource. 

In her role as SPC, Kiana will be supporting the financial logistical needs of all graduate student organizations and working closely with club leaders, the Questrom Grad Council, and the MBA Center. She will administer club financials, manage budgets alongside the QGC VP for Finance, and provide support for events and initiatives. Club leaders and QGC board members will work with Kiana on budgeting, event contracts, and financial transactions. Kiana will also help execute trainings for student leaders and create resources to support your work.
