Subject: Scheduling Virtual Winter Club Leader Training + Exciting Handbook Update!

Hello Grad Club Leaders,

As we wrap up the fall semester, I want to sincerely thank each of you for your hard work and the amazing events you’ve planned so far this year. Your dedication makes our graduate community vibrant and engaging.

Looking ahead to the winter, we are preparing to host a virtual Winter Club Leader Training session to support you in your leadership roles. To find the best time for everyone, please complete this Doodle Poll to share your availability by Wednesday, December 17.

Best,

Joe Grande
Associate Director of Community Engagement

We'll be holding a virtual training session to review updates, policies, and resources for the year ahead. At least the President and VP of Finance from each club must attend. More officers and club advisors are welcome to attend, but are not required. Please take a moment to complete this Doodle Poll to indicate your availability.

We’re excited to share that we are drafting a refreshed Club Leader Handbook that will make event planning and club operations even clearer and easier to navigate. This resource will be a helpful companion during training and throughout your leadership journey.

In the meantime, you can continue to find the link to the current handbook on the Club Leadership page of Questrom Common.

Now is a great time to reconnect with your advisor, especially as you start planning for the spring semester and succession. Advisors can provide valuable guidance and support for your events and new initiatives. Maintaining a strong relationship with your advisor will help ensure success. Don’t hesitate to reach out and engage with them soon!
