Subject: Sports & Social Ski Trip Information


We are excited to resume the annual ski trip this year, happening at Sunday River in Maine from February 11-13, 2022! Room reservations for the trip are now open. Make sure to book your room for the trip soon, almost half the rooms are already booked!

Rooms are reserved individually through Sunday River's webpage and roommates are self-determined.  All rooms booked through the link below will be in the Snow Capp Inn and we can help coordinate those looking to split a room if needed.  Please book by December 10, 2021, to make sure we get the entire Inn to ourselves!

Other Info to Note
  • All available rooms are standard rooms and have 2 queen beds
  • Discounted lift tickets will be available for purchase at a later date through Sunday River
    • 2-day pass: $165, 1-day pass $85
    • Sunday River is also on the Ikon Pass
  • We'll send info on suggested rental equipment providers and other trip details as we get closer to the trip
  • We will not be providing transportation to the Inn, but can help coordinate rides and public transportation options
  • If you plan to bring children, we recommend staying at a nearby accommodation given the anticipated noise levels and presence of alcohol
  • Attendees will be responsible for their own food
How to Book a Room
To book one of the 65 available standard rooms through the group code, click on the button below.  The link will auto-populate the group code, dates, and group rate, so you won't have to do anything additional to book through the group reservation. 

Please note: all rooms are standard rooms, meaning they have two queen beds (there are no single bed rooms available), and the Inn requires a two-night stay for booking (single night options are not available through the group reservation).
Reserving a room will require a deposit of $181.50 (50% of the total room cost), and the remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the check-in date.

As a reminder, roommates on the trip will be self-determined unless you contact us for help matching with a roommate.

Once you have booked a room, we ask that you let us know via the google form in the next section.
