From: Joe Grande Date: August 8, 2025 Subject: Grad Club Room Updates and Upcoming Events
Hi Everyone,
This summer, the MBA Center team spent time reorganizing and cleaning the Grad Club Room (HAR 305A) to prepare for a new year of use by all graduate clubs. I’m excited to share some updates to that space that will enhance the space and support your clubs’ activities!
New Window Decals
We’ve installed vibrant new window decals showcasing the identity of Questrom Graduate Student Organizations. This enhancement boosts the space’s visibility within the building and is sure to increase awareness of the Graduate Club room, encouraging greater engagement with your clubs’ resources and events.
Designated Club Storage Mailboxes
To help keep things organized, we’ve set up clearly labeled storage mailboxes for each club. Two keys per club can be obtained from the MBA Center starting August 18. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Glassware and Items “Up for Grabs”
We also want to let you know that we have various glassware items available to any club or member on a first-come, first-served basis. Feel free to stop by and take any items your club could put to good use!
Best Practices for Using the Graduate Club Room
To ensure the space remains welcoming and functional for all, please follow these important guidelines:
Any overflow items placed on the shelves must be neatly organized and clearly labeled with your club’s name.
Regularly review and tidy your club’s area to maintain an orderly environment.
Respect shared spaces and be mindful of other clubs’ belongings.
Thank you for your collaboration in keeping the Graduate Club room an inviting and well-managed space for all. If you have any questions or suggestions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Best,
Joe Grande
Associate Director of Community Engagement
