Hi Grad Club Officers,
Thank you for showing up and representing your clubs at yesterday’s Grad Club Fair! It was great to see a full atrium and watch so many students meet club officers and figure out where they want to get involved this year. Now’s a good time to turn that interest into actual members.
Here are 3 things you can do now while the fair is still fresh!
Students are checking out clubs right now, and your Questrom Common webpage is often where they’ll go next. Take a few minutes this week to make sure your description, officers, and webpage are current and actually give someone a reason to join.
Instagram and word of mouth is great for visibility, but Questrom Common is how students officially connect with your club and attend events. Keep pointing interested students there so they hear about upcoming events and receive your club updates. These people are the future of your group!!
Send a newsletter next week to welcome new members, share what’s coming up, and give them a reason to stay involved. Then keep using Newsletters throughout the semester. You just met a lot of interested students. Don’t disappear on them.
I put together a quick feedback survey about the Club Fair. This year, we improved a lot! If you have a minute, I’d appreciate hearing what worked and what we could do differently to continue improving for next year.
