Mission
The mission of LOT is to increase the sense of community for all MBA students enrolled in and interested in Leadership and Organizational Transformation, as well as Organizational Behavior more generally. LOT will strive to provide educational, professional networking, and social opportunities to all members. In the same way a modern day HR Department focuses on enhancing the community around the company's biggest asset (its people), LOT will focus on Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, as well as Personal Leadership and Organizational Development initiatives, to enhance the community around one of the University's biggest assets - its students.
