    Hosting a great event? We want to see it! Use these links to submit photos from your club gatherings to Questrom Marketing & Communications (MarCom) team. Submitted photos may be featured on social media, newsletters, or other promotional materials.

    ✅ Important: Before submitting, please make sure you have consent from everyone visible in the photos.

  • Eventbrite

    Are you charging admission to an event or fundraiser? In addition to your event being approved, you will need to submit a request form to have the Community Engagement team build an Eventbrite page for you. Designated club leaders will have access to view ticket sales through the Eventbrite Organizer app. Typically takes 2-3 business days to be completed once submitted and approved.
