Senior Vice President

  • Assist the President in Council operations and ensure continuity of strategy.
  • Oversee adherence to processes, timelines, and maintain documentation including the Constitution.
  • Lead elections and constitutional review efforts.

Michael Sitompul

VP of Finance & Clubs

  • Responsible for all QGC financial operations and supervision of funds along with maintaining up to date financial records.
  • Support all graduate clubs in training and transition planning.
  • Build and maintain budgets for QGC along with tracking of all expenses.
  • Coordinate and lead the annual Grad Club Fair each fall.
  • Support clubs with event planning as needed.

  • Lead Council branding, digital presence, and event marketing.

VP of Career & Alumni Affairs

  • Develop and manage career development programs and networking events for graduate students.
  • Work with the Feld Center which fosters relationships with alumni to facilitate mentorship and career opportunities.
