Fidelity Information Session & Networking Reception . 1Y & 2Y students are invited to join Fidelity Investments to learn about our Financial Leadership Program (FLP), a two-year leadership development program, designed to prepare high-performing, high-potential talent from diverse backgrounds for leadership roles in our finance organization. This two year rotational program provide 4, 6 month rotations across multiple business units developing your leadership, business, and analytical skills.

Participants in Fidelity's 10-week FLP Summer Internship Program will have an opportunity to work with our Finance leaders. Interns are evaluated upon completion of the Summer Internship Program and, based on that evaluation may be offered a full-time position in the two-year Financial Leadership Program
